Bright green Datsun on the inside median of westbound Ben White just before the Lamar exit, right around noon. It was just beginning to go up as I drove past. The cabin was filled with black smoke and it was just starting to pour out the windows. Looked electrical. The driver was standing behind it on his phone, looking absolutely panicked.
I hope this was no one here. If so, I’m so sorry. Glad you’re OK.
For what it’s worth, I could all too easily imagine my Alfa pulling a similar stunt, so I’m going home and checking all of my fuel hoses and fittings, fixing any bare wires, and shring wrapping joints.
No pics.

And it’s for that reason that my older cars have always had an extinguisher bolted in under the driver’s seat.

No. Joke.
Have as many as you need for Class A,B,C and E. If you get to the point that Class D would be necessary, just walk away.
